Updating your credit card

If you have an active IncrediPay plan, we ensure your credit card connections are live. If they are not, we ask you to refresh the connection before setting up a plan.

Once the connection is close to expiring we send you reminders to refresh this connection. This can be done at any time by going to the app:

  1. Tap on the credit card

  2. Tap on Manage

  3. Select Extend Connection

  4. Follow the instructions

  5. You will see the number next to "Connection valid for" update
