If you have an active IncrediPay plan, we ensure your credit card connections are live. If they are not, we ask you to refresh the connection before setting up a plan.
Once the connection is close to expiring we send you reminders to refresh this connection. This can be done at any time by going to the app:
Tap on the credit card
Tap on Manage
Select Extend Connection
Follow the instructions
You will see the number next to "Connection valid for" update
