What happens if my credit card expires whilst on a Plan?

Keeping a live connection with your credit card

If you have an active Plan, it's essential that you keep a live connection with your credit card so we have the up-to date data to make your payments.

Once the connection is close to expiring we send you reminders to refresh this connection. This can be done at any time by going to the app:

  1. Tap on the credit card

  2. Tap on Manage

  3. Select Extend Connection

  4. Follow the instructions

  5. You will see the number next to "Connection valid for" update
