Incredible is not a Debt Management Plan (DMP).

Incredible’s aim is to streamline your existing process for tracking, managing and repaying your credit cards.

A DMP is an informal agreement with creditors you owe money to, agreeing that you will pay back the money you owe but in smaller amounts over a longer time frame, based on what you can afford. With Incredible, you are still obligated to make the minimum repayments already agreed with the lender and your obligations do not change.
