Using Instant Pay is super simple and you can make a payment within just a few minutes, follow the steps below to find out how:

Tap into that card to open the Card Details screen

You'll see 2 actions you'll need to complete to unlock Instant Payments:

1. Card reference This is what your credit card provider uses to allocate the payments you send to your card so is a crucial piece of info for us to be able to send the payment 
2. Interest rate
 This is so we can ensure all your calculations are as accurate as possible. Where we don't have this info, we use the average representative rate for your card

Once completed, tap on the button that says Make an instant payment

We pre-fill a suggested amount based on your current outstanding balance, but you can choose to edit this by tapping on the amount and entering what you'd like to pay

You'll then be prompted to choose from which bank you'd like to make the payment

Once selected, you'll be taken into your banking app to approve the payment

Once approved, you'll be brought back to the Incredible app and the payment will have been made

Payments can take up to 24 hours to reflect as credit card providers sometimes take longer to allocate the payment
