When you connect a credit card through our Open Banking partner Truelayer, you give us permission to pull information relating to that card into the Incredible system, which we display to you in the app.

To ensure you remain in control of who has access to your data, the law dictates that we have to ask your permission every 90 days. This ensures that you are still happy with us continuing to access this data. This is something we'll proactively do when the time comes.

This can become an issue for example where you've given access at one point, but forget 6 months later that you did so. This prevents a company from accessing that data without limitation and ensure you remain in control.
