If your bill is due today and you can’t see a payment to your biller yet, here’s how it works and what to check.

When we send your payment

Payments are made at 11:30am on your payment day. If it’s still before 11:30am, your payment may not have been sent yet; it should be processed shortly after that time.

Weekends and bank holidays

Banks do not process payments in the same way on weekends and UK bank holidays; this can delay how quickly your payment shows up with your biller.

Even after we send your payment at 11:30am:

  • It can take a few hours to appear in your biller’s system on a normal business day.

  • If your payment day falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment may only be processed and reconciled by your biller on the next working day.

What you can do

If your bill is due today and you’re worried it hasn’t been paid yet:

  1. Check the app after 11:30am to see whether your payment shows as “Sent” or similar.

  2. If it’s past 11:30am and still not showing as sent, or you’re close to a deadline, contact us via in‑app support or email so we can confirm whether the payment has been submitted from our side.
