Overpay lets you make an extra one‑off payment towards a single card in your Plan. It’s a simple way to pay a bit more than your usual schedule and reduce what you owe faster.
Where to find Overpay
You’ll find Overpay in the Plan tab when your Plan is active.
Open the app and go to the Plan tab.
Make sure your Plan is active.
Choose the card you’d like to pay down.
Look for the Overpay option.
How Overpay works
Overpay lets you send an extra payment to one specific card in your Plan:
You choose which card you want to pay down.
You choose how much you want to pay (the minimum Overpay amount is £5).
When you confirm, we trigger a payment from your source bank – this is the bank account you connected when you set up your Plan.
Once confirmed, we’ll process the payment from your source bank and direct it towards that card.
Payment amount and limits
The minimum Overpay amount is £5.
You can pay any amount above this, as long as it’s within the available balance of your source bank account.
Overpay is separate from your usual Plan schedule – it’s an additional payment on top.
After you confirm a payment
When you confirm an Overpay payment:
We’ll ask your source bank (the account you connected during setup) to send the funds.
Once the payment is triggered, it can’t be cancelled from within Incredible.
You’ll see the impact on your Plan once the payment has been processed and applied to your card.
If you don’t recognise the source bank shown when you confirm, or something doesn’t look right, please contact support before completing the Overpay.
