If a credit card company is chasing a payment you've already made, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Understand Processing Times

Payments may take a few working days to clear. Transactions processed over weekends may experience delays before reconciliation.

2. Check Payment Status

Verify the payment on your Plan screen. This will show whether the payment was made and its current status.

3. Provide Payment Details

If the credit card company requests information, contact our support team to obtain your payment details. Once received, forward these details to your credit card provider for verification.
