We use an external provider to let you connect your credit cards to Incredible. Most of the time this works smoothly, but sometimes issues can come up.
Steps to try first
Wait a few minutes and then try connecting your card again.
Clear any extra browser tabs that may have opened during the connection process. These are usually labelled with Incredible or something similar in your mobile browser.

Card linked to another account
In some cases, you might see a message saying your card is already linked to another account. This usually happens if you’ve had a previous account with us. If this appears, reach out to us and we’ll help sort it out.
