How does a manual plan work?

How to deposit money into Incredible if your bank account isn't showing as a payment method

Depositing money into Incredible is easy, even on a manual plan.

To be clear, a manual plan is when your current account provider/ bank was not available as a deposit method. We are actively working to support more providers at this stage.

After you've selected confirmed that you'll move forward with a manual deposit and added all your card details, you'll have completed setting up your Plan, and it will be active. This is what will happen next:

  1. With an active Plan, you'll see that there will be a section in the "Home" tab with your deposit amount, how many days there are until your deposit is due, and a "Pay" button.

    1. This "Pay" button will be active on your deposit date!

  2. We will notify you on the day to deposit into Incredible.

  3. Depositing is simple, no copying and pasting of details required. We'll just connect you with your bank account to deposit the money into Incredible.

  4. Once your deposit has arrived, we will schedule and send out payments to your cards as you've specified during your Plan set up.
