Bill Pay allows you to use your credit card to pay for regular bills, even where credit cards aren’t typically accepted.

What types of bills can you pay with Bill Pay?
You can use Bill Pay to cover a variety of payments, including:

  • Rent

  • Council tax

  • Utility bills (e.g., energy, water, Wi-Fi)

  • Legal fees

Bill Pay only supports UK credit cards. Transactions made with non-UK cards will be cancelled.

Payment limits
Bill Pay supports payments ranging from £100 to £5,000. If you need to increase your limit, simply contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Processing times

Bills paid via Bill Pay must be due at least 5 days in the future to allow for processing. Payments are made at 11:30am on your payment day. Please note that weekends and bank holidays can delay processing times, so payments may take longer to reach your biller during these periods.

Processing fee

All Bill Pay transactions will include a transaction fee.
